Pokhara : Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokharel on Wednesday said education onwards should not be a licence for an abroad ticket. “Migration of a country’s human resource in search of job opportunities outside the country will be a hindrance to development and prosperity of the country,” he said addressing the 16th convocation ceremony of Pokhara University here.
