Kathmandu : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the government would take necessary initiative for capacity building of the Nepal Army.
In a best wishes message on the occasion of Army Day today, Prime Minister Oli said, “I am confident that the Nepal Army as the important organ of the government will play significant role to achieve national goals.”
The NA should also be active to carry out works as per the sentiments of national campaign ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’ as the government has been moving ahead with this goal, reads the message.
“The Army’s role and contribution to nation building will be remembered forever. So I believe the Army is a proud occasion for the national and entire Nepalis. I appreciate patriotism and dedication of the Army,” said Prime Minister Oli.
PM Oli extended his gratitude to the all Army personnel who undertake rescue operation with high morale and enthusiasm even at the time of distress.
The PM expressed his confidence that in the days ahead, Nepal Army would complete the development project entrusted by the government on time.
