Hetauda : Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that Constitution of Nepal has provisions that have empowered the citizens. At a programme in Bagmati Rural Municipality in Makawanpur district on Wednesday, the former prime minister claimed that ours is one of the best constitutions in the world. On the occasion, he inaugurated the building of Bagmati Rural Municipality which was built with the investment of Rs 9 million. Likewise, Prachanda laid the foundation stone of a martyr park in the same rural municipality. The rural municipality lies 58 kms east to the district headquarters, Hetauda.
During the programme, Internal Affairs and Law Minister of Province No. 3 Shalikram Jammakattel, Social Development Minister Yubraj Dulal, province assembly members Prem Bahadur Pulami and Kumari Moktan, and district coordination committee chief Raghunath Khulal among others were present.
