Paras becomes first Nepali to score ODI hundred

Kathmandu, Jan 28 : Nepal national team captain Paras Khadka has become the first Nepali 
cricketer to score a century in one-day international cricket match.

Paras achieved this historical achievement in the third match of the Nepal-UAE series held in Dubai. In course of achieving the milestone, Paras hit 14 fours and one six. In doing so, Paras also surpassed the highest individual score of 61 runs scored by Sompal Kami in Netherlands last year.
In A division matches, Paras has however scored three hundreds including the first against Kuwait at the ACC Trophy tournament in 2012, against Namibia in the ICC World Cricket League championship held in Nepal in 2016 and against the UAE in the World Cricket League Division-2 final held in Namibia last year.
