Kathmandu, Dec 8 : Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has lauded the late NC leader Bhim Bahadur Tamang as a genuine practitioner of socialism.
At a function organised to mark the 6th Memorial Day of the late Tamang in the capital, leader Poudel termed Tamang a true follower of BP Koirala in terms of adopting socialism.
On another note, leader Poudel lambasted the incumbent government for being failure to steer the nation to the pathway of prosperity.
Also speaking on the same occasion, NC Sindhupalchok President Bikas Lama and provincial lawmaker Nima Lama among others also highlighted the role of late leader Tamang in establishing and strengthening democracy in the country.
