Government fails to yield result: leader Singh

Pyuthan, Nov 20 : Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh has accused the government of failing to
spend the development budget, thereby yielding no result.

During a press meet organized at Bagdula of the district on Tuesday, leader Singh said, “The government has no capacity at all to perform well to tune its slogan of prosperity.” According to him, its activities were against federalism.
Despite the passage of nine months since the formation of this government, it has not made the necessary laws to implement the constitution. The government is itself involved in the gold smuggling scam and transport syndicate, he asserted.
The leader also criticized party leadership that as the government led by Sher Bahadur Deuba failed to work as per people’s aspiration, the NC faced debacle in all three layers of the elections. He complained that the NC failed to walk on the path shown by BP, Ganeshman and Krishna Prasad Bhattarai.
