Biratnagar, Nov. 2 : Nepali Congress (NC) central committee member Dr Shekhar Koirala has claimed that successful implementation of the constitution was on NC's shoulders.
At a greetings exchange programme organized by Nepali Congress in Budhiganga Rural Municipality on Thursday on the occasion of major festivals, the NC leader said NC also wants to make ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepalis’ adding that incumbent government was not able to work as per the people’s expectations.
Likewise, NC lawmaker Sanjaya Gautam, Mayor of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, President of NC Morang district committee Dig Bahadur Limbu, province assembly lawmaker Kedar Karki and Chumnarayan Tawadar also expressed their opinions at the programme.
