Kathmandu, July 22 (RSS): Although informal talks between the talks team of government and Dr Govinda KC was underway, formal talks could not take place due to stance of Dr KC’s talk team.
Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, also Coordinator of government dialogue team, Khagaraj Baral, said that the talks could not take place after Dr KC’s team’s rigidness.
He said, “We have formally urged them to sit for the conversation without any condition. But Dr KC’s team has not started any concrete initiatives for the same”, adding that the government was ready to find an outlet through discussions.
