Itahari, July 5 : Inaruwa Municipality has started expanding the road network in the city in its bid to improving its condition.
Inaruwa is the headquarters of Sunsari district. The team of the elected people’s representatives led by mayor Rajan Mehata is focused on improving the condition of roads in the city after their election. The condition of roads in the town was very bad.
As part of road improvement works, 12 prioritised city roads are being expanded and black topped at an investment of two billion rupees provided by the Ministry of Urban Development.
It is believed that Inaruwa will get a face lift and become more inhabitable with the improvement of the road network in the city.
