General Administration sends directives to employees

Kathmandu, June 13 : The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has issued a four-point directive for employees of its subordinate bodies. The directives aim to make service delivery effective and efficient.

Ministry’s section officer Rabindra Jung Thapa said employees have been asked to stay in office during office hours, to compulsorily inform the respective divisions while leaving the ministry for official works, to fill up a logbook placed in the Internal Management Section and follow the schedule for having snacks fixed from 1:30-2:30 pm. Similarly, they have been directed to compulsorily wear uniform. However, dress code is not mandatory on Friday.
