Kathmandu, May 2: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Wednesday said unification of the CPN (UML) and the Maoist Centre has reached the final stage.
Attending a Maoist Centre Secretariat meeting at party central office in Perisdanda, the former Prime Minister said a consensus has been reached on most of the issues relating to the unification, and the remaining issues would be resolved through a discussion between chairs of both the parties tomorrow (Thursday).
He also directed the party leadership to strengthen party organisation, and integrate the merger at all levels, said the Maoist Centre’s Spokesperson Pampha Bhusal.
