Kathmandu, July 13 : Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed grief over a jeep accident that occurred at Thangpal rural municipality in Sindhupalchowk district.
At lease five people were killed and eight other injured when a Bhotang-bound jeep (Lu 1 Cha 999) from Melamchi of Sindhupalchowk met with accident on Thursday.
Iin a press statement issued today, President Deuba wished for the eternal peace of the departed souls and expressed condolences to the grief-stricken family members.
Likewise, the NC President also wished for the speedy recovery of those injured in the mishap.
