Nawalparasi : Nepali Congress general secretary Dr Shashanka Koirala has said that the NC would play the role of effective opposition in the parliament.
Dr Koirala said this while addressing a programme to extend gratefulness to the voters of Nawalpur constituency-1 from where he emerged victorious in the House of Representatives.
NC is in favour of prosperous nation, he said, adding that his party would play role of the constructive opposition.
