Arghakhanchi : CPN-UML’s Chet Narayan Acharya has won the State Assembly constituency no. 1 in the district with 24,615 votes.
His nearest contender was NC’s Bishnu Prasad Khanal who got 14,135 votes.
Likewise, in State Assembly constituency no. 2, UML’s Ramji Prasad Ghimire won with 26,159 votes. His closest rival was NC’s Himmat Bahadur Tandon, who got 17,233 votes.
